Within 24 hours after we receive a recall notice from a manufacturer, supplier, or governing body, Health Medicare will check if any current inventory or products sold in the last six months are affected. We will immediately quarantine any current inventory affected by the recall notice and return it to the manufacturer or supplier. We will also notify anyone who received products affected by the recall by telephone. At that time, we will provide them with instructions on returning the products as well as information about the recall and the issues involved. If Health Medicare is unable to reach the patient, we will leave a message and send them a written notice of the recall.
